Crew Response Management (CRM) Training

Crew Resource Management (CRM) training, which aims at improving flight safety, culture, and efficiency, is an inevitable part of aviation training for both cockpit and cabin crews.

Sky One FZE Training, the Academy counting many years of experience working with various airlines, is able to help you complete the training course individually. Each CRM training program is conducted in accordance with the activity of airlines and operation procedures of the crew during different situations (normal, non-normal, emergency).

Therefore, an Initial CRM training program is obligatory for each new crew member to undergo before starting to carry out duties. Initial CRM training in turn is followed by Recurrent CRM training which has to be done every year to complete the whole training program during the period of 3 years.

Our new enhanced Airline Pilot Standard Multi-Crew Cooperation (APS MCC) is the perfect first step towards a professional career in commercial aviation, the course has been designed to help Pilots achieve the highest standards of skill, knowledge, and attitudes required by Commercial Air Transport Operators.

The three-week APS MCC course is structured and designed to facilitate a step-by-step approach to training. Training in our A320, B737 NG, and B747-400 Full Flight Simulators (FFS) pilots can experience the difference when training in the same training environment as Pilots undergoing Type rating, Line Proficiency Check (LPC), and Line Oriented Evaluation (LOE) training.

Sky One FZE will be conducting all the Simulator sessions in Full Flight Simulators (FFS). This will ease the upward transition to becoming fully Type Rated on either the A320, B737 CL, B737NG or B747-400.

Inflight Training

It takes a lot of time, energy, and enthusiasm, but cabin crew training is also a lot of fun. And you’ll be taught everything you need to know in 16 days period, so you’re ready to fly.

The Initial Cabin Crew Safety Training Course is the first and essential step towards the flight attendant career. The training is dedicated to covering all matters concerning specific cabin crew member proficiency requirements and should be followed by the Conversion Training Course for the specific aircraft type.

Sky One FZE is a Type Rating Training Organization for Pilots and has the approval by the regulations 1.1005 to conduct Cabin Crew Initial Training.

Successful completion of the course leads to an Attestation, as per Ops 1.1005/ Initial Training.

Our cabin crew training is adapted to suit the needs of each airlines operator and the requirements for their corresponding Authority. We have experience of working on a worldwide basis training cabin crew from around the world.
